Refund policy

Returns & Refunds

Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse (for example, ordering the wrong size, color, or design).


Refunds & Replacements

We’ll replace or refund your order only if:

  • It arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, and

  • You contact us within 30 days of delivery, providing a short description and photos of the issue.

If approved, we’ll send a replacement at no cost or issue a refund to your original payment method.


Lost Packages

If tracking hasn’t updated or your order hasn’t arrived within a reasonable time, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
We’ll investigate with the carrier and re-ship if applicable.


Return to Sender

If your order is returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address, it may take up to 2–4 weeks to process.
Once received, we’ll contact you — you’ll have 30 days to provide a corrected address and pay the re-shipping fee.
Unclaimed or unreturned orders are not eligible for refunds.
